Managing Director
A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Mark founded The St Andrews Property Centre in 2019. With over 20 years of experience across property investment and development, he brings exceptional expertise and strategic vision to the business. Outside of leading the team, Mark is a keen triathlete who can usually be found swimming, cycling, or running around Fife and beyond.

With an extensive background in St Andrews’ hospitality and tourism sector, Fiona leads the day-to-day operations for our short-lets; she handles property management, licensing standards, and administrative logistics across our St Andrews properties - ensuring flawless client service, effortless stays, and full compliance at every step.

Jada Murray
With a background spanning a mix of creative roles - from managing art galleries aboard cruise ships and working in the UAE, to digital marketing and tourism throughout Scotland - Jada oversees our company marketing and online presence, bringing a sharp eye for visual detail to everything we do. From our website to simple staging advice for property owners, her focus is on ensuring the brand and the homes we showcase look polished and inviting.
